We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that colors and styles shown on your screen exactly match the product delivered, due to variations in monitor display and handmade materials.

We reserve the right to modify products, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in USD and exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes.
We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and other trusted providers.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery timeframe.

Sulis Swimwear reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Free international shipping is offered on orders over $200 USD.
Processing times are generally 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination.
Customs duties, VAT, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.
Sale or custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
