Refund

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • We accept returns on full-priced items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

  • Sale items or any item purchased with a discount of 15% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. We will not accept returns where the hygiene liner has been removed, or if the item shows signs of wear, stains, or odor.

 

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email info@sulis-swimwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 21 business days of receiving your return.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased during promotions or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sulis-swimwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If the error or damage is our fault, Sulis Swimwear will take full responsibility and cover all related costs, including return shipping, a full refund, or a replacement.

 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

 

7. Import Taxes and Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for understanding and complying with their own country’s customs regulations and import taxes.

  • Please check with your local customs office before placing an order. Sulis Swimwear will not be held responsible for any additional charges, delays, or returns due to unpaid duties or customs refusal.
