Our warehouse is located in Hong Kong. Enjoy free shipping on all orders within Hong Kong.

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on your destination and order details.

  • Sulis swimwear is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of duties may be necessary to release your order if charges do incur.

  • Sulis swimwear is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.                      Please ensure you understand your own country’s import tax and customs policies before placing an order. Sulis Swimwear will not be held responsible for any issues or costs arising from lack of awareness regarding import rules or tax  obligations.

  1. Can I return an item?
    Yes, we accept returns for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition  with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

  2. What items are non-refundable?
    Sale items or discounted items (15% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. How do I start a return?
    Simply email us at info@sulis-swimwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

  4. When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 21 business days.

  5. What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
    If the mistake or damage is our fault, Sulis Swimwear will take full responsibility and cover all related costs, including return shipping and replacement or refund.

  6. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, but only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
